Easy & Paper-free Submission/Review Process
Teachers enjoy one-click submission of each lesson plan to their principal. The Principal's Review Desk feature significantly improves efficiency for reviewing, accepting, and requesting revisions for each plan. Teacher's Dashboard displays any plans needing immediate attention, either because a revision has been requested or if any new comments to read from their principal. Principals can search by plan status, individual teacher or school. Status is always up-to-date and viewable. Each user can also choose to receive automated email notifications when a plan status changes or they receive comments.

Coaching Opportunities
Real-time, simultaneous system access to plans within your school or district promotes meaningful conversations to improve instruction. Secure comments between principal and teacher promote on-site mentoring. Administrators can monitor system activity, however, they do not have access to teacher-principal plan comments, in order to maintain "safe" communication space. Principals can print weekly lesson plan or complete Daily Schedule of a teacher's class plans for observation walkthroughs and assistance. Teachers can also download a PDF version of a plan to email to peers or other advisors for feedback.
